Research Areas
MYREN Research Community comprises of leading researches from various organizations in Malaysia. The community aims to promote formalization of research projects in accordance to specific focus area.
There are currently 7 Research Areas (RA) established under MYREN including Network Research, IPv6, E-Research, Multimedia Applications and Knowledge Management and Information Retrieval, High Performance Cyber Design (HPCD) and Virtual Informatics (VI). Each RA is chaired by an appointed area director. Each Research Area has Working Groups as shown in the diagram below.
